We normally ship all orders within 3-4 business days. However, actual delivery time will vary based on your location.

Free Shipping applicable on all orders above Rs.999. An additional charge of Rs. 100 will be levied on orders below that. However you may sign up for our newsletter and avail a free shipping coupon.

Credit & Debit Card, Net Banking, Paytm and other popular mode of payments are available. Cash on Delivery is not presently available.

Yes you can through the Guest Checkout. However you will have to provide a valid email Id & mobile number for us to process your purchase.

An email is sent to you after the order is shipped with the tracking number and details of courier service.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us on ggirl@99colours.com and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

You can cancel any order before it has been shipped. Please send a request to ggirl@99colours.com.

Reverse pickup is not available. You will have to ship the item back.

In case of refund, you will receive a full refund to your account minus the shipping charge.
Refund will be initiated after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions that The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
